As we offer a very personal service especially with regards
to furniture colour, size and finish options, it is impossible
for us to supply most products through online ordering. For
all enquiries and orders please call or email one of our sales
staff between 10:30 & 5pm (7 days) to ensure your purchase
matches your exact requirements.
Furniture can be purchased from stock and is ready for dispatch/collection
within 2 weeks. Furniture that is ordered, made and polished
specifically for our customers takes up to eight weeks (up
to 10 weeks for bespoke items)
We only require a deposit at point of ordering (usually 20%),
with balances being due upon delivery to our drivers. Balances
on items being delivered by a third party are due at point
of dispatch.
All prices quoted on this site are inclusive of VAT.
Polishing
Shop
Due to having our own Polishing shop, we are able to offer
the virtually unique service of colour matching. This means
that we can not only just supply you with exceptional furniture,
but we can match it's colour to your existing furniture, ensuring
additional items will never look out of place. Another benefit
from the polishing shop is that all work carried out is closely
monitored to ensure the highest quality finish is achieved
time and time again!
Delivery
Highlighted postcodes indicate that we will deliver using
our own vehicles. Most other areas would be covered by an
independant home delivery service who look after our long
distance deliveries.
There are exceptions to these prices, such as smaller items
which can be sent via courier at a reduced rate - please contact
us to confirm delivery charges.
Please note that assistance may be required
at point of delivery as it is not always possible to provide
2 man deliveries.

You have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days
after placing a deposit and equally from the day after the
day of delivery.
We require a deposit at point of ordering (usually 20%), with

on items being delivered by a third party are due at point
of dispatch. Once a deposit has been placed you will be entering
a legally binding contract of sale.
In the unlikely event of damage in transit or other discrepancies
to your furniture, please inform the delivery person and request
that the goods be returned. We are happy to then repair, replace
or refund at your discretion. All problems are given top priority
and dealt with as swiftly as possible.
Your details are kept private and are not shared with any
third party.
